Spay and Neuter Initiative Program
Norman offers free spay and neuter services to low income families that qualify. The application for the program is located on our spay and neuter resource page. Anyone that qualifies for federal assistance will be approved for the program and they can photograph or upload their documentation from the application. There is $30,000 a year allocated for the program so it is possible that funds may not be available at the end of the municipal fiscal year (which is May and June), but applications are generally approved throughout the year.
